Who this audit is for
This is for a salaried or self-employed South African applicant who has a quotation or draft finance proposal and wants an independent view before signing. It is especially useful where a long term, deposit, trade-in settlement or balloon payment makes the monthly figure difficult to judge.
What we examine
We reconcile stated income with supporting records, identify recurring credit commitments, test household expenditure for omissions, and compare the resulting surplus with the proposed instalment. The review also sets out the term, interest assumptions, fees, deposit, balloon and estimated total repayment in one readable schedule.
You receive a written findings letter, an affordability worksheet and a 30-minute explanation call. We highlight inconsistencies and reasonable questions to take back to the dealer or credit provider.
Boundaries
We do not submit the finance application, negotiate with a lender, provide a credit score, value the vehicle or promise approval. The opinion is limited by the accuracy and completeness of the records supplied.
Timing, delivery and preparation
Delivery is remote across South Africa, normally within two to three business days after complete records and payment are received. Prepare the proposed quotation, recent proof of income, a summary of regular expenses and the balances or instalments on current credit agreements. Sensitive records are requested through an agreed secure channel; never send ID numbers through the website form.
Fee and next step
The standard fee is R1,850 including VAT for one applicant and one finance proposal. Joint applications or incomplete self-employed income records are quoted after an initial review. Send a short enquiry first; we will confirm whether the audit fits and issue a document checklist.
