The standard audit covers one applicant, one proposed agreement and records that are complete enough to reconcile. It includes a written findings letter, affordability worksheet and one 30-minute explanation call.
When we quote first
Joint applications, self-employed income, several income streams, extensive unexplained transactions and urgent delivery can require additional work. Dealer file checks start at R650 per complete file; volume, turnaround, consent arrangements and file consistency determine a batch quote.
